Yealink enterprise SIP T20 phone.

I have a Yealink T20 phone and don't know password to do web interface, everything I have read says to hold OK button for 10 seconds to do a factory reset but when I try this it comes up with Reset to Factory settings hit ok and it comes up with user name:admin and hit ok again and says password is wrong. Am I missing something to do the factory default setting????

The default user name is admin and password is admin. Older firmware had no password. Are you typing in the password or just hitting ok? Try it from the gui interface if you don't want to use the tui.
