I am having a problem with our new accounting software Yardi, it has a problem when multiple users try to run reports (i.e. Crystal Reports which is part of the Yardi) simultaneously I am aware of the fact that Crystal Reports only allows for one instance of itself to run at one time. On all the local machines the software runs fine without any problems. But on the terminal server it gives error messages and shuts down the crystal reports part of Yardi. I called Yardi but with out any help on this matter. What I need to know is there a way to work around this? My initial thought was to just install the software into each persons profile and run multiple applications of Yardi which I thought may fix the problem, but I do not know how to install the Yardi software and SQL Server 7.0 software to each of my 25 users. Please Help.
