yahoo with BT Broadband and Outlook

Hi,

I'm somewhat disgruntled and hope someone here can do a better job than the BT broadband engineers. I have been using Outlook to download/send my email (yahoo) for the last 6 years. Some two years ago BT teamed up with Yahoo, since when things got somewhat complicated. Basically, yesterday - yet again - by outlook refused to download/send emails. I rang BTBroadband, but even after an hour remote access they couldn't fix the problem. It's obviously to do with the settings, and I was stupid enough not to get screenshots of the settings when they went awol a few months ago (when BT finally managed to sort it - or rather someone linked to Yahoo).

So, anyone got any useful ideas?

This may help you circumvent the BT portion, i've seen it work well at several places
