When I click on Yahoo Mail it just goes to a blank page and acts like it is going back and forth through 2 pages. It never gets me to a sign in screen. I go to another computer and try it and it works fine. You can hear clicking like it is going through pages back and forth. Does anyone have any ideas?

Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox, other?

I would try clearing your temp internet files (in IE click Tools then Internet Options then look for Browsing History and click the Delete button, it will give you some options, click delete next to the Temp Internet Files) since you didn't say I'll assume you are using IE for the time being. What version of Windows XP are you using and is it up to date on patches? How much RAM do you have and how much hard drive space do you have? And how much FREE hard drive space do you have?

Cheers

The answer is always "PEBKAC!

I am using IE. Currently running windows updates to see if that would help.

I just installed the updates and I am still having the same issue. This time it at least shows the sign in screen but still blinks and I am unable to type.

I have had exactly that symptom under IE7 when trying to open certain sites. Currently it is happening with
Site works fine under FF, so I use that ... never did figure out what IE doesn't like - as you say it just sits there going click/click/click on a blank screen.

Finally concluded IE was just less robust, but if anyone has a fix I would be pleased to hear.

The strange thing is it works all the rest of the computers in the office.

I found out that the cookies of this website were being blocked. Once I allowed the cookies the site worked fine. Thanks!!
