Hello. New to Yahoo Messenger. Also new to voice. Friend in the Philippines hears me just fine. He comes to me chopped up--hear every 4-7th. word.

Not an issue with mic and speakers on my end. He is using a headset.

What are the basics to look for? The only common item we have is XP home.

My router is Linksys WRT54GS
Soft WAll is PCCILLIN Internet Security 2005
