Yahoo mail Issue

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but it relates to e-mail. My girlfriend is having the following problem

I can't login to yahoo. When I try to log in, I get the "cannot display page"...But I tried to log on under my mom's name and I got in...it's just my username that's the problem. What's wrong, this is strange?


...That's her problem, anybody know what the reason behind it is. I had her run Ad-aware and Spy-bot(not sure if they related to the problem...but they did clean up a lot of stuff on her PC)

...But the e-mail problem still remains.

Have them try again and mark the time they attempt it. Then check the Event Viewer for the computer and it should give an Error Id. That will give you somewhere to start.

Could be that she used up her allotted bandwidth for her email account
