YA/teleworker question

I have a 4025 & a dell laptop that I have YA 4.0.0.41, that works OK, however I also have some Voip sets, I believe 5330 sets that also have the same version of YA, however if I try to start YA, using a sprint 720 wireless card, I get a error message "the underlying socket is closed". . .( can browse to wherever using IE, fine) IF the Viop phone is off line, would this be the case ? ?

What type of Mitel controller do you have (200 or 3300), and what is it's version?

What version of Mitel Teleworker server do you have?

How is your Mitel Teleworker server configured (DMZ, Dual NICs etc.)?

at the moment, I know the teleworker server has dual nic's I'm not positive of the version I will have to check it on monday, the controller is the 3300 that we have,
(not positive of the version either)

here is update of sorts that may or may not prove usedful, two laptops, a D620 and a D400,(both dell) and a sprint PCMCIA card, the sprint works fine on the D400, for YA or general voice/data connections, however the sprint card works just fine for data on the D620, however doesn't do anything for YA, just gets the underlying socket closed message, I also flashed the bios on the D620 to A09 it was A04, Dell support could only tell me to uninstall it and re-install, (no help)(or refer me to FEE based support) the teleworker server is I believe 7.1, the YA I believe is also 4.0, In talking to the Mitel Rep, he said he is running it just fine on a D640, anyone any idea's ??

I would highly recommend you upgrade to YA 4.1, it has a much better mechanism for negotiating the network connection.
