We have a client who has been using softphones on their LAN fine for months, yesterday all users recieved the following error:
User "domain\user" does not have a softphone configured in the server. Please contact your system administrator. Your Assistant will startup in offline mode. Do you wish to continue?
We have double checked the YA server, restarted the YA services. Removed the sopftphone DN from YA server and inserted again. We tried this over teleworker and get the same error. Not sure what else I need to do apart from stripping users off the system and putting them back on. But I'd rather troubleshoot to find out why this has happened.
This is the lastest version of YA and YA Lite Client. We are not using UC.
