Underlying socket was closed.. Has anyone came across this error I dont know where to start on it. Im calling support in the morning but seeing if I can get a head start before then

I forgot to mention that I get this error upon startup

Are you running any firewall that would block outgoing connections?

Is the set enabled on the teleworker?

Is your certificate approved?

Did you request the certificate with the right dn?

I am trying the YA teleworker from my home using a linksys WRT54g router. I have brought a teleworker phone home and it works fine on my network.

Your first question..Is the set enabled in teleworker. My deskphone extension is 3917 and softphone is 4917. 3917 is already in there but do I need one also for 4917 (the softphone).

I did request the certificate and approve it. Do I need to open YA in deskphone mode and request a cert. then open it in softphone mode (ext 4917) and request and approve a cert again.?

The teleworker support in YA is only for softphone.

The certificate that you request should reference the softphone DN, and softphone device needs to be registered and enabled on the teleworker.

In YA, you will need to change the teleworker dn to 4917, and rerequest the certificate.
