YA not updating communication lines

Has anyone had issues with the communication window not updating correctly. I deleted a Single line from my phone and it still shows up in the communications window. Moreover, any new lines I add alson dont show up in there..?

ive had the same thing happen to me and im running the latest with the mixml patch....

4.1.0.11 or something to that extent so i dont know if its a bug since now im seeing your having the same issue

Im not too clear on how YA should operate, but not I cant get any other lines except old ones to show up in comms. Ill probably call mitel later once I get a chance....but for my knowledge is anyone knows this can they post an answer?

Will any type of line that you have on your desktop phone show up in your YA communication window. Or does it have to be multicall,single line, or key? I dont think it should matter but if anyone knows for sure please let me know.

On any line adds/removes/deletes you need to restart the YA Server for it to detect the update.

ive restarted the services first then the ya ....

Did you restart the Your Assistant Telephony Service?

looks like some other people had the same issue....as a follow up to my issue, my license file ended up becoming corrupted. I had to delete the license file and reactivate. I rebooted in the meantime. Between all of the steps taken, my YA now is operating correctly with the correct lines displaying
