YA Mitel Syncronizer and Groups

Hi all,
Im running YA 5.0 and using a cx running 9.0. Everything is working fine on the system but I wanted to see if anyone knew how to add additional groups. My reasononing is that I need to group people by department in the list so managers can see them easier. Can this be done using just the mitel synchronizer?....all I can get out of the is the 3300root folder.

After calling Mitel, I found out there are some issues in the 5.0 version. If support finds it necessary or finds that you are running into one of the known 5.0 issues, They provide an FTP link to download a a 5.0 patch that fixed the synchronizer. that fixed my issue.
