YA Issue

I have an overseas YA user that is complaining that if he tries to use YA while he has his Logitech webcam plugged in he gets the old "blue screen of death". Any Idea's?

Hi Cam,

Sounds to me like there is a driver problem causing the error. Has the enduser tried to update the WebCam drivers? What actions does the enduser have to perform for the blue screen to occur? Are they running in softphone mode or are they just controlling a deskset? Do you happen to have the WebCam model and driver version?

100% driver. I have got Creative HD web camera and it was crashing the same way with Skype. Driver update from Creative web site fixed the issue.
