YA Indexing Contacts/Messages

Im working with YA premium and I have noticed an issue on a few of the machines. After I select the contacts and press index nox I see a status message indicating that it is indexing the messages. I have noticed when it does this correctly, this process takes about 10-15 seconds usually. Though there is a few machines that I will see the indexing message come and go immediately though when it does this, I dont think it is acutally indexing. Has anyone ever seen something like this

Indexing is a fairly quick/immediate operation if you only have a small number of contacts in your PIM.

Actually that makes sense. I only have about 15 contacts. I originally experienced on someone using office 2007. anyone know of any quirks with office 07
