YA 5 and 3300 synchronizer

Hi,

trying to set up the 3300 synchronizer on YA 5. running 3300 versinon 9 ur 1

log files indicate server connects to mitel using uname and password with app access.
however log files says 0 telephone numbers to retrieve.

I've never done this before. followed documentation and can't see that iv'e missed anything.

telephone directory has names and numbers and these appear under mulitiline set configuration.

any ideas.

I had an issue with the syncronizer for YA 5.0 and I had to call support for it. After talking to support they sent me a ptch for 5.0 to get the syncronizer to work correctly. May need to call mitel on this.

was this a YA patch or 3300 patch

also what were the symptomps when you say it didn't work?

Sorry for the delay. It was a YA patch. I'll logged on to the site that has it and it looks like the version # is 5.0.0.93. But really the only thing that was not working was the Mitel Syncronizer. Other than that it was a very basic setup. 1 3300 controller, 40 ya lite users an 10 premium users.

KPI , upgraded to UC Advanced and it just works.
