YA 5.0 Deletes Users After Night Sync/Cache Clear

As above.

YA Server running 5.0
YA Lite clients running 5.0
2 x 3300 CXi's.
CXi 'A' on site A running 9.0.0.48
CXi 'B' on site B running 9.0.0.48

Sites are not clustered or linked via IP Trunking

Both are used by the main YA Server.

The User accounts on YA were configured using the 3300 Sync option.

Both 3300's are sync'd to YA at 12:00am. Inc Cache clear at 1:00am.

The problem has happened since last week.

All users which were on site B were deleted overnight from YA.

When I went in the only way I could reimport them was by rebooting the 3300 and YA server. Resync or refreshing the 3300 in YA did not work.

However, it happened AGAIN overnight!

Has anyone else seen this?

I am thinking about deleting all the users and adding them all [120] manually. If I do this will they all be in the same directory for them to look up through the client?
 
I looked at logs.

Result.mimarcgeneralfailure when connecting to the 3300

it then deletes the users.

I cannot telnet to ipaddress of controller on port 18000 used for mixml file download - maybe a network fault?
 
have the same thing on UC Advanced...must be a bug..
haven't tried much yet just no about the problem at this stage.
 
Looks like support are non the wiser.

Logs show the above error then it see's that there are 0 phones, and proceeds to delete the users off YA.

I have had to add all users manually then turn off the sync.


 
surely this has to be a bug???
I'm not adding over 200 manually! i initially had the problem with ya 5 that didn't sync at all, said 0 entries

then upgraded to UC Advanced ran the sync and all was fine. Now though on of my node's entries are deleted....
 
None!

I was going to try a db save/restore incase the 3300 needs it.
 
Yes its a bug, check the release notes for UC 2, fixed sync problems with 3300 rel 9. Get the users back and turn off sync or upgrade.
 
noted but it's a bug if you're not running UC 2 if you are it should be fixed. I'm running UC 2 on my end, same issue
