YA 5.0 ACD Question

Thanks to the help on here I've got my YA softphone working!! And the ACD worked fine. Although now when I login the softphone works fine, but when I try and login it doesn't work. I don't get any error messages, it just doesn't sign me in.

I've checked:

No firewalls on my laptop
Softphone is ACD enabled
YA has the correct ACD license applied

.

Am I missing something??
