Hello. I have a customer that we recently upgraded thier 3300LX to 9.03.15 and YA to 5.00.96 I have changed the soft phone extensions to App Server Ports, but when we run the YA software the soft phone will connect for about 3-4 minutes (functioning fine) then disconnect stating the device is unavailable. Then with out making any changes...will reconnect and start functioning again for 3-4 minutes. During this time I run a constant ping from client to server and do not loose any comms.
