YA 4.0 Could not retrieve ACD settings.

Hi. have upgraded a YA server fro 3.3 to 4.0 the 3.3 installation used YA softphones and ACD enablning in this. Now when I´m click on the ACD settings i get this error.

Coult not retrieve ACD settings, an unexpected error occurred.

system is 3300 CX Software release 8.0.5.12 and this worked before.

anybody with an idé?

Did you update the client to 4.0 aswell?

Hi.

Yes everything was upgraded to the same release. What i did. started from a emtpy database *.mdb file and then it worked... tok much longer time then expected but...
