Perhaps you cannot delete the folder because the files in it are running as processes. You could look in the task manager and see if you can locate any processes that look like Xupiter processes and stop them. Once they are stopped, it may be possible to delete the folder. You could also look in 'services', (right click 'My Computer', click 'manage')and see if there are any suspicious services running. If all else fails, you could try checking the registry for the name Xupiter, but first do a find on the RUN key, and see if Xupiter is starting up there. Be aware of Microsoft warnings regarding use of the registry editors, if you break your computer, you have no cover or comebacks. Hope this helps.
