We have a Vodavi XTS system. Previously we had it as digital and slt phones using verizon phones lines but have now replaced the lines with a PRI and using DIDs. Previously we used verizon voice mail but now using vodavi talkpath.
What is happening is that we are getting voice mail calls of recorded conversations. For example one secretary was speaking with somebody and next minute she had the complete call recorded to voice mail. I do not think we have enabled this type of recording.
Another caller saw vm and the caller id said it was her son but when she picked up the call it was a two-sided conversation of somebody ordering pizza and the caller calling pizza was not one of ours.
