anybody out there know about ...
okay, i realize MPEG in Dir8.5 needs a special Xtra, meaning Tabliereau (sp?).
do Flash and PDF need a special Xtra as well for users of CD-rom that contain both contents? (media will be copied on cd-rom for distribution)
ie, if user's computer does not have Flash Player, does user need that on his/her computer, or will Dir support that? (support meaning that user will be able to see Flash animation if they do not have FPlayer on computer, which will be allowed by Dir?)
if Dir will not support users without FPlayer, does cd-rom need to load, or detect and load, FPlayer on user's computer?
same issue with PDF.

where can i get the Lingo for these detect and load?

many thanks.
cheers,

Flash no xtra required.

pdf requires some form of additional viewer software, don't know if there is a xtra or if you need to use the external pdf viewer.
