XTM505 - would like to block all smtp traffic out except for Exchange server

We have an Exchange 2007 server behind our Watchguard XTM505. Recently we had a computer get infected with a virus that was sending out spam emails. Is there a way I can block all smtp traffic outbound from my network but still allow my Exchange Server to send/receive smtp??

My XTM505 firmware is 11.4.1.B316812

Make two policies.

One allowing exchange that sits directly above the one that blocks everything else.
