XTE service crash

Hello,

New issue on my Citrix server:
Approximatively twice a week, this service crashes.
In fact this service doesn't stop, but my users sessions don't load to the end.
More precisely, users can login (web interface), the session starts to load, and after a couple of seconds the progression bar doesn't progress ("connecting...")

Nothing in the event viewer.

I see it because I have a popup error message on the server desktop (standard message asking to make a report etc.)

To solve this problem, I have to stop/start this XTE service.

So my question is:
Why this service crashes? Is there a fix or something to avoid it to crash anymore?

I didn't find the same issue on the web...
