xsd to xsd transform

I have 2 xsd files that are validations of very similar xml file formats.

Is there any easy way I can automate the generation of xslt files from just the xsd's ?

I presume your goal is to create an XSLT that converts an XML document that is schema valid for one schema to another XML document that is schema valid for the second schema.

If that is your goal, I know Stylus Studio will do this using its XSL Mapper facility. You just use the visual programming interface to connect the input to output, and it generates the XSLT. I presume that Altova's XML suite has similar functionality.
