XSan/XServe XRaid Backup Solution Search

My company is looking to implement a Macintosh SAN solution. We are looking to do about 1-3TB. This is for our graphics folks. I'll have about 300 gig I'll need to back up daily/weekly and the full 1-3TB would need to be backed up quarterly. I'll do an LTO-2 drive. But need suggestions as to the software to use. Any ideas?
