Xref Color

Is there a way to force an Xref to be one color. I have isolated it on its own layer, but the original colors still prevail. For clearity and ease of drafting I would like the entire Xref to be a solid color. Please Help.

If you have all of your entities color property in your xref file set to "bylayer", you shouldn't have any trouble.
