We have an Xpressions 4.0 VM server - I use an Nextel i930 to deliver my voicemail messages (via Outlook) as email .WAV attachments to an email (typical Xpressions unified message - nothing special) - However, the i930 will not play the wav files. Windows XP will but not Windows Mobile 2003SE. It appears it is a codec issue. Now my questions - According to the Xpressions help manual i can use POPFORMATS in the DBTool to add a different format for WAV file attachments to a particular user. However, there is no example of this. Can anyone give me some advise.
