Xpressions. How do i perform a full system backup.

I have several Expressions servers that i maintain. Does anyone have the complete procedure on how to create and manage full backups of the system? I only have remote access to the systems using PCAnywhere. any input would be greatly appreciated.

There is a utility called XPRBackupv3.6.hta that someone in BLS wrote that is supposed to backup everything you need to restore the application. It's simple and quick to use. I can't upload from my office network. Maybe someone else on here has it and can post a link.

I was able to find the program. The only problem i don't have any instructions on how or what directory to put it in or how to run the program. Do you have any documents on this program. anything would be greatly appreciated.
