Xpressions extension ranges

So I cannot figure out where the extension ranges are configured in my Xpressions server.. I have certain extension ranges within my OS4000, that when I build an Xpressions mailbox, the entry for the message waiting signal and the voicemail (*) are populated with 1+ my local area code and not the extension number.. Also the extension is not recognized as an available extension for transfer out to from Xpressions.. Looking around in Xpressions for the equivalent of the Phonemail Nodeparameters command to be able to input these ranges, but no luck.. Thanks for any guidance with this..
