We have end users that are receiving fax tones in their voice mail box and the normal process to delete a message does not work. The button tones are not recognized once the message has been played. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how was it corrected? We recently upgraded from V6R1 to V6R2.3 which we thought would correct this issue but it has not.

What is the response from Siemens BLS (Technical Assistance) in Texas?

They stated the upgrade would correct the problem. It has now been escalated to GCS mangement but was hoping someone else may have experienced the same problem and could share how they corrected it. It took 6 months for the upgrade recommendation. My confidence is not high for a quick turn around from the GCS group.

Very strange problem. I believe that if any other customer had this problem, the BLS would have been aware. Those Xpressions BLS engineers are top-notch. Good luck.
