Xpressions 4.0 - Outlook - HXE

We are using the Siemens HXE client in Outlook (both 200 & 2003) with an Exchange 2003 server. Many users who have installed the HXE complain that as time goes on, Outlook slows down after having installed HXE. Some users are experiancing "Hang-Up" when trying to access an email after listening to a voicemail using the HXE xlient inside Outlook.

Any thoughts!
