Hi All,

Anyone any idea we have xpression server v6 installed in virtual machine connected to hipath 4000 v5.
unfortunately i have encounter issue on incoming calls.
we notice that the services on XPR IP/APL sometimes stop and encounter no incoming calls on ISDN.
is there a way to bypass or to overflow once the services of XPR stop automatic the call will transfer to operator although there is a note on the app builder once the app is error automatic the call will go to extension that you set or this is not related to app build? or we need configuration on xpr server only? thank you. please help me to resolved. thanks again.

4K will be routing to Xpr via closed (LDAT NWLCR) or open (LDAT LCR) numbering. You probably only have 1 route element, a single choice. You need to add a 2nd element, a 2nd choice, another route to step to if the first choice is out of service. It may use the 2nd route automatically, for example if the Xpr circuit is out of service. But in RICHT you should set REROUT=YES so that it can step to 2nd element if it receives a clear back from the Xpr. In the LDAT LATTR parameter you should set RERTEINT, and in the LODR, OUTPULSE the digits you want to reach, example, a real attendant. The TGRP does not matter if RERTEINT is set.

Code:
+------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| LROUTE = 10    LDPLN        NAME = XPR                        SERVICE =  ALL |
| TYPE = LCR                                    DNNO OF ROUTE  =        10     |
| SERVICE INFO =                                                               |
+------+-----+-----+----+-----+----------+-----------+----------+------+-------+
|      |     |     |    |     | SCHEDULE | CARRIER   |          |      |       |
|LRTEL | LVAL|TGRP | ODR|LAUTH| ABCDEFGH |       ZONE|    LATTR | LDSRT|COTIDX |
+------+-----+-----+----+-----+----------+-----------+----------+------+-------+
|     1|    1|   10|  10| 1   | ******** | 1    EMPTY|          |      | 0     |
+------+-----+-----+----+-----+----------+-----------+----------+------+-------+
|     2|    2|   10|  50| 1   | ******** | 1    EMPTY| RERTEINT |      | 0     |
+------------------------------------------------------------------------------+

Example, the first route LRTEL 1 routes to Xpr as normal. If that route fails, it will try LRTEL 2, and if RERTEINT is set like you see, it will use LODR 50 to send digits into the 4K, so for example OUTPULSE 4000 would call extn 4000. It does not matter that LRTEL 2 uses TGRP 10, that becomes a dummy entry once RERTEINT is set.

Hi Moriendi,

Thanks for the info. i will try this..by the way can you show the config of lodr 50?thank you. im not totally familiar in LODR.thanks

ODR 50 will be need to be set to whatever the overflow destination your want.

ADD-LODR:50,,,,OUTPULSE,1234;
ADD-LODR:50,,,,END;
ADD-LODR:50,,,REROUTE INTERNAL FOR XPR FAIL;

Where it has 1234 above put in the internal extension destination instead.
