There is a issue in Vogue

I configured did number eg 5104444 as auto attendant and the complete vogue operation tested it is working fine with the internal number 4444,
when it dial from external eg 5204444 the call disconnect and not reaching the extension dialed.
Can any of friends resolved this issue please
