Xpression compact V3 no external call

Hi,

on Xpressions Compact V3 I have on a night mailboks set an external destination on the intercept position of the short dial menu.

When I call the DDI the system plays the night message, then tells me there cant be made any connection to my called party.

The External destination, is set with trunk access code, and also is set to External.

the dial time is 2.5

any ideas??

Check class of service for trunk access. Traffic lights icon.
On a new install possibly from v8 the ivm is set to cos2 outward restricted.

You were right it was set to COS 2
I have set all the channels, and the announcements to COS 7 where there is no restrictions.

But nothing changed, it still says it is not able to call the number..
