XPR License Service 1

We have a Siemens openstage 4000 v8 system and the XPR license service will not start on a VM. This has been working for years and now it won't work. I confirmed the license is active and sync'd, reinstalled the license agent and service, tried another license, and none of it works. Restored the VM to an earlier time/date twice as well. Since this service is not working, call trees and voicemail are down.

Anyone familiar with this?

Is date and time between Windows and OpenScape synced?

For verification. Change the date on the VM to the XPR license release date or plus 1-3 days after. After launching XPR services, you can change the date to the current one.
