Xpediter for Dummies

Hello all

I have recently started my first 'mainframe programming' job. One of the tools available to me is Xpediter. Unfortunatley the documentation at work on Xpediter is minimal at best. Can anyone suggest a resource that explains teh basics of using Xpediter? ie a website, manual or textbook.
