XPe and XPa

I need start to install a farm with two servers. I don't have more time waiting. The objective is install MF XPe in both servers but I have one XPe license and another XPa license available. Can I start with the installation and when I get the second XPe license, simply change the license number? Is the only upgrade I have to do?
I hope your answers, I am in a hurry.

You would not need to install any licenses, but remove the XPa licenses. If you need additional Connections licenses, you should add them.

You may also need to install MetaFrame XPe from the CD-Rom on to the old XPa server, since XPe contains additional software, such as Installation Manager and Resource Manager - I can't remember if this is installed by default and enabled by the license?

As always, I'd advise trying this on a test server first.

In MetaFrame XP you do not need a separate server license for each server. You only have a XPa or XPe license and then you have XPa or XPe connection licenses which are the user licenses. This means that you may install as many server as you want in your farm without buying more licenses unless you need to connect more users of course. If I understand you correctly you do not have an installation today. In that case just install the first server as an XPe server and create a Data Source for a new farm. When you install the second server just configure it to join the existing XPe farm, enter the product key for XPe and youre up and running. You don't have to buy more licenses unless you need more connection licenses to add more users.
