xp_sendmail and other stored procedure missing

Hi,

first of all sorry for this stupid question but, believe me, I'm going crazy to find the answer to this stupid question !

In my MS SQL Server 2K installation I'm unable to find some useful stored procedure as xp_sendmail, xp_cmdshell ....

Where I can find them ?
I thought they were automatically created during the installation ...

Using EM they should be in Extended Stored Procedures in the master DB - if not something is wrong !!!
