XP64 Version and Nvidia cards

Can you stop me going Insane?

have a ASUS A8V board with 64bit windows runs nice !

It runs a nvidia5200 if i install a 6200 it is not found!
I have access to other cards (retail shop) but it WILL NOT find anything all other cards run as VGA and the latest64bit nvidia forceware states No hardware found!

If i put the 5200 back in it finds it and installs the drivers !!!!!!!!!!!

I have the latest drivers etc i have tried everything obvious (but except that i may have missed something stupid)
