XP word mailmerge skips entries

hi..we have noticed a problem in XP Word mailmerge..e.g
We attempt to merge 118 entries & it will only merge 96 entries or we attempt to merge 67 & only 56 merge & so on...
Another company we deal with said this is a classic M$ issue & there is no fix, but i find that hard to believe! Anyone heard of this?

Hi Paul, I haven't seen it and I deal with mail merge support pretty regularly. A couple of questions. What are you using for your data source? If it's Excel, are you selecting a range instead of the entire workbook?
