Hello, I cannot seem to get a reply from Zone Alarm Tech! Please can someone tell me why after I upgraded to 3.129 my computer will not Shutdown unless i do it manually? I know this is causing it because i Uninstalled the upgrade and my pc Shutdown just fine, but as soon as I installed the upgrade again, it stopped Shutting down! Can you tell me what in Zone Alarm could be causing this and how i can correct it? Please let me know as soon as you can, I don't like Shutting down the wrong way. Thank You Tom
