xp - web form problem!!

I've created the usual web form, nothing special other than the usual stylesheet properties included.
When viewing the site in Windows 2000 ie(any version) the form displays ok.
However - when viewing using the same browser(s) in XP - half the form is missing!! and (as you'd expect) its the most important part .. the bottom - buttons etc!

Has anyone encountered this before or have any idea why it would happen???
