On a corporate network how can I tell all the client XP Pro machines to look at a different server to check for updates so that i can roll-out all current patches and fixes without all having Internet connectivity

You'd have to download the patch files themselves from MS (not running Windows Update) and throw them on your network somewhere. Then, run them manually from each PC.

If you're looking for an address setting for the Windows Update program, you won't find it. It's not just a download and install program, Updater uses a bunch of active x scripts and stuff to determine what's needed on your machine and what's installed.
