XP Style Menus

Is there any way to incorporate XP Style menus into my .NET application. I've seen some different places where people have written their own classes to handle the menus so they look like Office XP and other such Microsoft Apps, but is there any easy way to do such?

I'm not really sure what it does because I haven't used it yet, but I've been told that a program called Impulse Studio improves GUI interfaces in the way you are wanting to do. It is a free download at download.com. Just type it in in the search box.
