xp speed test???

just rebuilt pc with 2.8 800 fsb socket 775 pentium 4, 512 ddr2 400 ram (128 shared graphics) on a ecs 800 fsb motherboard. Is there a program out there that will tell me if the system is running at full speed as i am not convinced it is!! Could well be my XP slowing things down but would be nice to have a program to test both hardware and software?
