XP SP2 Secure Site Oddity & Fix

If you are having issues accessing secure sites with IE and XP SP2 the general troubleshooter is here:
One issue that has surfaced is that users of the Google Toolbar will have issues if the "AutoFill" option is enabled. If you are having problems with authenticating to a Secure Site and are using the Google Toolbar, use the Google Toolbar Options menu to disable AutoFill.
