I am running Windows XP Pro and am logging into a Netware Server. Once XP loads, it is very slow to display the drives in Windows Explorer. Eventually the drives are displayed after 30 seconds or so. If you go out and come back into it, everything displays as normal. Window 2000 machines on the same network work fine.

Thank you to everyone who tried to help. Although your repleys did not correct my problem I did learn many things.

Below is a link to the fix of my problem.

In short... Apply the registry key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetwareWorkstation\NetworkProvider]
change to...

"DeviceName"="\Device\NetwareRedirector
