I know of at least a half dozen ways to execute user installed programs on startup and/or login, both at the machine and user level. But where is the equivalent mechanism for shutdown? I want my computer to execute a specific program every time it shuts down, regardless of who is logged in and initiates the shutdown. Somewhere in the registry undoubtedly, but where? How? Or perhaps a callout for a batch file? Any ideas? Thanks!
