I've been having a play with SP3 and came across an issue that might be of interest (or not some may already know about this). I couldn't make a console connection using my usual MMC console, all of my sessions connected to the console before i installed SP3 but immediately after they would not.
I copied the mstsc.exe and mstscax.dll files from the \windows\system32 folder on an XP SP2 box, then copied them into the same folder on an SP3 machine and it seems to work again (of course probably downgraded to the 5.2 version). On first try I couldn’t get a console connection using the new RDP client so I suspect something has changed there, i'll keep looking into that.
Anyway I hope that helps someone.
