Hello,

I’ve been asked to demo the uses of XP Scheduled Tasks. I can see the theory of how it works, but in practice I can’t see how it’s much use as all it can really do is open a program, which will then sit there until you manually start the right task.

Someone told me that some programs have a command line option that you can use to make them work with Scheduled Tasks. Can anyone recommend a program that can do this – or that works in any other useful way with Scheduled Tasks?

Any and all help much appreciated.

Thanks

My programs always started up. You must be missing something. Try running Spybot Search & Destroy by just adding it as a new scheduled task.
